The resort was beautifully decorated at the end of 2010 in a very stylish and chic fashion. The complex is in the centre of Kaprun. The apartments have 1-4 bedrooms distributed over 3 floors. To relax there is a nice swimming pool and a luxury wellness. Many apartments have a view on the beautiful Kitzsteinhorn. (3023m high)

Description
The luxurious and very attractive penthouse apartment TOP A23 is located on the second floor of Avenida Mountain Resort Kaprun. The wooden beamed ceiling gives this apartment an extra spacious feel with Austrian flair.
This designer apartment has two large bedrooms, each with its own bathroom with a shower. Via the spacious hall you can access the ‘hayloft’, this mezzanine offers another four extra single beds which are ideal for children. The third bathroom can also be accessed via the hall, and it has a shower.
The spacious living room is furnished with a lovely large dining table and a typical Austrian corner seat and it also has a designer open kitchen. In the sitting area, where you have a magnificent view of Kaprun and the Maiskogel, you can relax by the fireplace after another successful day. The spacious balcony is directly accessible from the living room. Here you can really enjoy the sun and the view of the surrounding mountain scenery. A second balcony can be accessed via the bedrooms.
In the basement of Avenida Mountain Resort Kaprun you’ll find the swimming pool and saunas, which you can use free of charge.
